Romans 4:18-24

Jon reflected on Abraham’s journey of faith, reminding us that renewal often begins when we trust God beyond what we can see or understand. Abraham stepped out in obedience, leaving comfort and certainty to follow God’s promise, even through long seasons of waiting. His story calls us to root our identity and confidence in God rather than in circumstances, trusting Him “against all hope” and believing He will fulfil what He has spoken. Jon repeated the simple but powerful reminder: “He leads me.” Whatever our background or situation, God has a plan for each of us. Like Abraham, we are invited to trust, to follow, and to ask what God is calling us to do as we live out His purpose.
